After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?
YES. Once the order is placed and payment cleared, you will be provided with the tracking number of your shipment within 48 hours. You can check the status online at carrier's website.

How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you do not receive it after 48 hours of order date, please email us, and we'll be happy to resend the tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee our products for 15 days upon delivery. Within the guarantee period, you may return the product for replacement if it turns out to be defective. We will charge 20% restocking fee on all returns, and all returned merchandise must be received within 15 days after RMA # is issued. To obtain a RMA #, please contact our customer care professional with detailed description of the problem you are having with your product, we'll be happy to issue the RMA # once the problem is confirmed.
